These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Meterly (the "Service"), operated as a sole proprietorship. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Meterly provides usage-metering and billing-calculation tools for software businesses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly recurring basis via our payment processor. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to it, disrupting its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
You retain ownership of the usage data you submit to Meterly. We process this data solely to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meterly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
